Does the audio leave my phone?
No. Voti transcribes the visit entirely on your iPhone. The audio never leaves the device and never goes to a cloud transcription service. Only the finished note syncs to your account, over an encrypted backend.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Because the speech is processed on-device, you can record and transcribe a full visit with no signal at all. Notes sync the next time you're online.
Is Voti HIPAA-compliant?
Voti is built around HIPAA safeguards: PHI stays on the device for transcription, account data and notes are encrypted in transit and at rest, and a BAA is available for practices.
What note formats does it produce?
Structured clinical notes — SOAP and other common formats — drafted from the conversation. You review and edit before signing. Voti drafts; you stay in control of the record.
Does it replace my judgment?
